Created in 2010 to help animals in need of medical attention, that is what The Rocko Fund is all about.
The story of Rocko's abuse is sad but the outcome is wonderful. Read Rocko's Story
Unfortunately, there are many "Rocko's" that have a story and sometimes additional help is needed. The sole
purpose of this fund is to provide financial help when an animal needs medical attention. We encourage
donations to keep it prospering.
Animals Receiving Help:
Flossie - Rescued from the Chipley kill shelter near Tallahassee. Her owners couldn't afford the medical bills.
She is a 12 week old puppy with angular limb deformity. An angular limb deformity is an abnormally shaped, curved, or
crooked limb. Angular limb deformities occur in young, growing animals after a traumatic event, such as being hit by a
car, getting stepped on or dropped. She needed surgery in the front 2 legs. She has been adopted.
Mary Jane - She was dropped in a bathtub and fractured her shoulder. Surgery was required and the foster owner
could not afford it.
Still up for adoption and recovering well.
